A guide to your next project
Start with
the right material.
Every surface behaves a little differently. Use this guide to explore possibilities, then share your exact material and dimensions for a quote.
| Material | What we offer | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Metal | Engraving | Names, logos, and identification on suitable stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other metals. Tell us the alloy, coating, and finish. |
| Wood | Engraving & cutting | Small signs, keepsakes, ornaments, and cut shapes. Species, glue, grain, thickness, and finish affect suitability and appearance. |
| Select acrylic | Engraving & selected cutting | Selected dark, opaque acrylics only for cutting. Exact color, composition, and thickness need review. We don’t offer clear acrylic cutting. |
| Slate | Engraving | Flat coasters and decorative pieces. Natural texture means each finished piece can look different. |
| Laser-safe leather | Engraving | Material composition must be confirmed. Some synthetic leathers contain PVC or other unsafe compounds and can’t be processed. |
Not sure what your item is made from?
Ask before sending it. We don’t process PVC, vinyl, chlorinated materials, or unidentified plastics. A supplier’s material information can help us review your project.
